Spring. Yay!

Yesterday was an awesome day! I think my car read 84 at one point. That is enough to get excited about. :-) We went to my parents house yesterday to celebrate my brother's birthdays. With the weather being so nice we were able to tlet the kiddos run wild outside. It was an awesome day of family time and getting to see all the kids enjoying the wonderful weather. So much to be thankful for.

If anyone is intrested to know.(i'm not even sure who reads this anymore!) I am finally done with my orientation and am working alone in the OR. By alone, I mean, I don't have anyone tagging along and babysitting me. :-) It is such an awesome place to work and it couldn't be more fitting for me. God always knows what He is doing! School is almost done for the semester for me and Ryan as well. (thank goodness!) As much as I love school, it will be nice to have a 3 week break and enjoy some time together without the nagging feeling of having to finish homework. This is true for Ryan especially. He is doing Anatomy and Phisiology right now which is hard on it's own, not to mention he is doing a Honor's credit in Anatomy as well, plus a history class. How he can juggle being a dad and husband, a full time employee and student is beyond me. He is an ispiration.

The way the nursing program works, is there is a wait list in order of when you are ready. Ryan's ready date was May of 09. They just called for the fall program and they stopped at I believe it was February 09. Which means, he isn't in this fall like we were hoping, but will be in the following Summer Semester. YAY! This actually is probably a blessing. It gives us a little bit more time to figure out work schedules etc...We are about a year away now for sure from him being in the program. (Me, unfortuantly I am about 4-5 years away!)

Evan and Alivia are growing like weeds of course. Alivia is saying so so much. Everyday it seems like she is saying new words I never heard her say before. Just recently she now is saying "I love you," everytime she says goodbye to someone. She is just adorable. Stong willed of course, but we love her all the same. Evan is also becoming such a little man. His vocab is just crazy. I love listening to him pretend and have conversations with people. He is not a shy child that's for sure.

Speaking of the little man, he is refusing to take a nap, so I should leave it at that. Have a great rest of your week!
